Strategic Links

Below are links to strategic partners

Link South West Forum
South West Forum (SWF) is a membership organisation set up in 1999 by voluntary and community organisations to represent their interests and ensure they have a voice in and influence at regional level. It is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. As a ‘nominating body’, SWF members nominate and elect voluntary and community representatives to various regional groups, including the Regional Assembly. SWF also seeks the views of, and lobbies and campaigns on behalf of, its members. Members pay a small administration fee to join which is based on income and is usually £25.
Link Voice 4 Change England
Voice4Change England (V4CE) is a coalition of national and regional organisations which aims to provide a co-ordinated voice for the BME voluntary and community sector. V4CE was originally known as the BME Standing Conference Partnership and developed following a national summit held in October 2005. This event brought together over 40 BME organisations to discuss how the sector’s interests could best be represented within national policy making and programme development. The overwhelming conclusion of the day was that the sector needs a national voice, and that this voice should speak through a national body which is drawn from the existing BME national and regional infrastructure organisations.
Link Rise
RISE is the voice for South West social enterprise and supports the development of sustainable social enterprises in the region. RISE is a membership organisation open to anyone who has an interest in the social enterprise agenda and is based in South West England, offering you a range of discounts to publications and events.
Link My Society
Builds websites which benefit the civic and community aspects of people's lives. News, FAQs, details of current projects, and how to get involved
Link Operation Black Vote
Too often the stories we hear about our inner cities are about guns and knives, gangs and violence. It was therefore a pleasure for OBV supported by the Electoral Commission to host an event in Birmingham's Museum and Art Gallery to listen to those who have inspired and engaged Black communities to take the reigns for change and make a difference.
