Introduction to Diversity Management This site is mainly aimed at small to medium employers (SME's) with limited experience of diversity management. It describes the benefits of diversity and is designed to guide you through the diversity management process with an easy to use model. The model identifies key stages to build a diverse and harmonious workforce. It gives examples of policy, legislation and good practice as well as links to other useful web sites, information and resources.
